SANDBLASTING
During sandblasting, an abrasive medium is blown and propelled onto the surface of the workpiece through an air stream (approximately 5-9 bar) using a blasting nozzle.
This process effectively cleans the treated surface from any impurities such as rust, welding beads, or similar contaminants, while also providing a slightly roughened texture.
This creates an ideal foundation for a perfect protective coating application and paint adhesion, or simply for further clean processing of the workpieces.
Our 30 m² large free-standing sandblasting facility can accommodate parts up to 6 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and weighing up to 3 tons!
Pressure Air Blasting
Sandblasting removes paint residues and rust from metal surfaces and is the optimal preparation for coating metals.
We use cast iron grit 0.6-1.0 mm as the abrasive medium. Our sandblasting booth can accommodate parts up to 6 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and weighing up to 3 tons. With our free-standing sandblasting facility, precise results down to the smallest detail are guaranteed, even for complex components.
